This year, 2019, was the first year for the Crowsnest 100. As the name suggests, it’s a mountain bike race in the Crowsnest Pass that covers 100 km’s of quad trails, single track, and gravel road. The day of the race was exceptionally wet, muddy, and cold so it was tough on the racers. It’s difficult covering 100 km’s as a team of two photographers, especially when the racers become very spread out towards the end with large gaps between them, but what fun is a race without a challenge?
